Phytoceramides

I tested out Phytoceramides skin and hair renewal formula from Sonora Nutrition. I have had the last few years weak nails that would break pretty easily when bent lightly and things like that. When I got them I opened the bottle right away and wanted to give them a try. After about 2 1/2 I really did start to notice that my nails were getting stronger as they were longer then they had been in a while and haven't had any nails break. I absolutely love the Phytoceramides and will definatly buy them again I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
