My husband loves to work out and every once in a while gets a sore muscle so I got him a roll of the Kinesiology to try out. He used it on him ankle and he said that it worked great. He said that the power tape held him ankle and that after a couple of hours of having it on there that it was feeling a lot better. This really is a great product.
