I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I was looking to do a full body cleanse so I figured that I would give this a try. I decided to only take 1 pill a day instead of 2 as I'm on the go a lot. I'm glad that I only did the one as I don't know that I could have handled 2 a day because it will make you go to the bathroom a lot. It doesn't cause any pain in the stomach or anything though. If you're looking to do a cleanse this product works great.
